Children, especially those under the age of 6, may suffer lethal poisoning from an overdose of iron-containing products, so keep this product out of reach of children. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney diseases, known allergies to any components of this medication, infants under 12 months, patients with Wilson's disease or iron metabolism disorders, patients with kidney stones, severe renal failure, and those with allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. Do not take this medication with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, antacids, or levodopa while using this medication. Infants under 1 year, patients under medical treatment, children exposed to excessive sunlight, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant or nursing women, patients with gastrointestinal disorders, heart and circulatory system disorders, kidney impairment, hypoproteinemia, patients using cardiac glycosides, liver and gallbladder disease patients, gout, and patients with hyperlipoproteinemia or diabetic dyslipidemia should consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, itching, skin rash, irregular heartbeat, convulsions, or coma occur during taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Additionally, if bleeding persists for a long time or menstrual changes occur, caution is needed as neuropathy or hematological abnormalities can occur with high doses of pyridoxine or vitamin B12 during long-term use. Always follow the prescribed dosage and administration, and parental supervision is required when administering to children. Since vitamin A provided in this medication is sufficient from dietary sources, caution should be exercised not to exceed 5,000 IU daily when used as adjuvant therapy. During use, avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, and patients at risk of fatty overload should check plasma lipid levels and adjust dosages accordingly.
