Improvement of ischemic symptoms (ulcer, pain, etc.) in chronic arterial occlusion
This medication is used to improve ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and cold sensations caused by chronic arterial occlusion. It aids in alleviating symptoms commonly associated with Buerger's disease, obstructive atherosclerosis, and diabetic peripheral vascular disease. By promoting blood circulation, it alleviates uncomfortable symptoms and enhances the quality of life. With this efficacy, it reduces patients' pain and discomfort and improves ischemic conditions.
As Sarpogrelate Hydrochloride, the usual dosage for adults is 100mg orally, three times a day after meals. Adjustment may be made based on age and symptoms.
