This medication is used to alleviate pain and dyspepsia associated with gastroesophageal reflux, hiatal hernia, and gastric or duodenal ulcers, as well as nausea and vomiting. It is also effective for functional colonic disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome and spastic colon and improves habitual vomiting symptoms in young children. It helps with diarrhea and constipation caused by non-infectious bowel dysfunction and is used to relieve bowel obstruction that may occur after gastrointestinal surgery. Finally, it is also used to alleviate pyloric and colonic spasms seen during X-ray or endoscopy examinations. Overall, it is a medication that aids in improving various issues of the digestive tract.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 tablet on an empty stomach twice a day.

Precautions

This medication has been confirmed in animal studies not to cause fetal malformations; however, safety during human pregnancy has not yet been sufficiently demonstrated. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid taking this medication during the first three months of pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
