Improvement of corneal epithelial disorders (endogenous and exogenous causes)
This medication is used to treat corneal epithelial disorders caused by endogenous factors such as Sjögren's syndrome, mucous membrane epidermolysis syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), and dry eye syndrome, as well as exogenous corneal epithelial disorders due to postoperative conditions, drug side effects, trauma, and contact lens wear.
Instill 1 drop 5-6 times a day using 0.1% or 0.3% formulation. Adjust as appropriate according to symptoms. Typically, the 0.1% formulation is administered, and if the effect is insufficient in severe conditions, the 0.3% formulation is used.
This medication should not be used by patients who are allergic to protein-based drugs or show hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients. Abnormal symptoms such as itching, irritation, redness of the eyes, and inflammation of the cornea may occur, so if such symptoms appear, use should be stopped immediately and appropriate treatment must be sought. Rarely, symptoms like eye discharge or eye pain may also occur, so caution is necessary. Additionally, inflammation may occur on the eyelids or surrounding skin, so if such symptoms develop, usage should be discontinued and treatment must be obtained. This medication may cause more frequent adverse reactions when used together with steroids, dry eye treatments, antibiotics, glaucoma treatments, antihistamines, cataract treatments, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc. It is advisable not to use it with other eye drops, and if it is necessary to use them together, apply the other eye drops first and then use this medication after about 30 minutes. This medication is intended only for direct instillation into the eyes; care should be taken to avoid contact between the tip of the container and the eyelids or eyelashes. If the tip contacts the eye, the solution may become contaminated, so it should always be used in a clean manner. For single-use products, it is safe to discard 1-2 drops when first used to remove any foreign substances inside the container. To prevent contamination, do not share the product with others, and after opening, it should be used immediately; the remaining solution and the container must be discarded. During storage, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool place. It is also important to not transfer the solution to other containers to maintain the quality of the medication.

This medication may be sensitive to air and moisture, so it should be stored in a tightly sealed container. Additionally, avoid extremely hot or cold places, and it is safe to store it at a normal room temperature between 1°C and 30°C.
