Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adults and those over 15 years: Take 2 capsules at a time, 2 times a day. Do not take if diarrhea has stopped. Maintain an interval of at least 4 hours between doses.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as nursing mothers. Children under 15 years of age should also not take this medication. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients should avoid taking it. Since this product contains lactose, patients with genetic lactose intolerance should not take this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication concurrently with gastrointestinal analgesics or antispasmodics. Patients allergic to yellow No. 5 dye or who are sensitive should use this medication with caution. Drowsiness may occur while taking this medication; therefore, driving or operating machinery should be avoided, and consumption of alcohol should be avoided. Overdose can lead to serious side effects such as irregular heart rhythm, so do not exceed the prescribed dose. If diarrhea is accompanied by fever, blood in stool, or mucus stool persists, consult a physician before taking. In cases of acute severe diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, caution should be exercised as suppressing diarrhea with this medication may worsen the condition. Patients with anal conditions requiring constipation should consult a physician before taking this medication. Individuals taking other medications or receiving treatment, as well as the elderly, should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms of allergy, gastrointestinal issues, dizziness, etc. occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after two days of use, consult medical personnel as it may be necessary. This medication should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and frequency. Keep out of reach of children, store in the original container, and avoid direct sunlight; store in a cool dry place.
