It is effective for pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, as well as inflammatory symptoms like stomatitis, glossitis, dermatitis, and eczema. It particularly helps reduce eye fatigue and beriberi symptoms, providing comfort in daily life. Thus, this medication promotes overall physical strength while improving various pains and inflammatory symptoms.

Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals with hypersensitivity to its components or by nursing infants under 3 months of age. Avoid use if allergic or hypersensitive to soybean oil, soybeans, peanuts, etc. It is important not to take this medication together with a drug called levodopa during use. Women undergoing medical treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as premature infants and young children, should consult a healthcare professional before use. Individuals with abnormalities in fat metabolism or conditions such as hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidaemia, and pancreatitis should also consult a professional before use. This medication contains the dye Yellow No. 5; caution is required if allergic to this ingredient. If symptoms such as abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, erythema, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, or abdominal distension occur during use, discontinue and consult a healthcare professional immediately. If menstruation occurs earlier than expected or bleeding persists, also discontinue and consult. Caution is required for patients taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk for thrombosis, as the risk of thrombosis may increase with vitamin E intake. Long-term high-dose use of pyridoxine can cause neurological disorders, so it is important to adhere to the dosage. Patients with folic acid deficiency who take more than the specified dose of vitamin B12 may experience hematological abnormalities. High-dose use may lead to peptic ulcers, glucose metabolism disorders, hyperuricemia, and liver damage, thus caution is needed. If overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a professional immediately. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration regimen, as this medication may cause urine to turn yellow, potentially affecting clinical test results. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly check their blood lipid levels and adjust dosage as needed. If receiving other lipid injections, dosage should be adjusted considering the fat content in this medication. Store in a tightly closed container away from children, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping in a dry, cool place.
