Individuals with a history of allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should also refrain from using this medication. Infants under 1 year old or patients currently receiving treatment from another physician should consult an expert before taking this medication. This medication should be used cautiously in cases of abnormalities in fat metabolism, dyslipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis. This medication contains a dye known as Tartrazine (Yellow No. 5), so individuals allergic to this substance should exercise caution. If any gastrointestinal discomfort or allergy symptoms such as rash and itching occur during use, immediately discontinue and consult an expert. This medication must be taken as prescribed in terms of dosage and frequency, and it is especially important to administer it to children under the supervision of an adult. It contains Vitamin A, and care should be taken not to exceed a dosage of 8,000 IU per day. The absorption and accumulation of Vitamin A can be affected by the long-term use of specific medications, alcohol, and caffeine. Women in early pregnancy or planning to become pregnant should avoid this medication due to the risk of fetal malformations from excessive Vitamin A intake. Even when taking for Vitamin A supplementation, it is safer to maintain intake from food to less than 5,000 IU per day. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly monitor their blood lipid levels to adjust the dosage of this medication. When using other lipid injections, dosage adjustments should consider the lipid content of this medication.
