Treatment of fungal skin infections (e.g., tinea pedis and tinea corporis)
This medication is used to treat localized skin fungal infections caused by dermatophytes, for example, tinea pedis, tinea corporis, tinea capitis, and tinea versicolor. It helps effectively suppress such fungal infections and improve symptoms.
Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area once daily.
This medicine should not be used in patients who have a history of allergy or hypersensitivity to triazole drugs. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should also avoid using this medication. Adverse reactions were very rare in clinical trials conducted on patients with dermatomycosis, and in some cases, skin reactions such as urticaria or contact dermatitis may occur, but the direct relation to this medication is low. Contact dermatitis has been reported very rarely after domestic use. This medication may have resistance to certain Candida species, so if treatment is not effective, it may be necessary to switch to another antifungal agent. Its safety and efficacy have not been sufficiently proven in children under 10 years old, so its use is not recommended. This medicine is only for external use on the skin and must not be used around the eyes or for ophthalmic purposes. After use, it should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a dry place. Additionally, transferring the medication to another container may increase the risk of quality deterioration or accidents and should be avoided.
Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
This medication must be stored in a tightly sealed container to protect it from air and moisture. Additionally, it is best to store the medication at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C. Avoid storing it in extremely hot or cold places.
