Treatment of peripheral artery circulation disorders (intermittent claudication) and brain function disorders (dizziness, tinnitus, etc.)
This medication is primarily used to treat peripheral artery circulation disorders, particularly intermittent claudication. It also helps improve dizziness and symptoms of vascular and degenerative tinnitus. Furthermore, it is effective in alleviating symptoms of brain function disorders related to dementia, including tinnitus, headaches, memory decline, concentration difficulties, melancholia, and dizziness. By improving various neurovascular-related symptoms, it aids patients in their daily lives.
1) Peripheral artery circulation disorders, dizziness, tinnitus: Administer Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract at a dose of 40mg per dose, 3 times a day, or 80mg per dose, 2 times a day orally. 2) Organic brain function disorders: Administer Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract at a dose of 40-80mg per dose, 3 times a day, or 120mg per dose, 2 times a day orally. Adjust the dosage appropriately based on age and symptoms.
Do not take this medication if you are allergic to any specific ingredients. It is recommended that children under 12 do not use this medicine as there is insufficient experience with its use. Pregnant women should consult a physician before taking this medication. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic problem digesting lactose should avoid it. Patients with bleeding disorders or those taking medications that increase bleeding risks should consult a professional before using this medication. Nursing women should consult a professional before taking this medication, as it is uncertain whether it passes into breast milk. Individuals scheduled for surgery should stop taking this medication and consult a physician. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for more than three months or worsen, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Occasionally, side effects such as gastrointestinal discomfort, headaches, and skin allergic reactions may occur, so caution is advised. If symptoms such as dizziness or itching appear, notify a professional immediately. Severe allergic reactions, such as anaphylaxis, have been reported, so if severe symptoms occur, visit a medical institution immediately. This medication is not an antihypertensive; therefore, hypertensive patients should use other medications if special treatment is required. It should be kept out of the reach of children and stored in a cool place out of direct sunlight and away from moisture.
