This medication is used to alleviate symptoms such as constipation, loss of appetite due to constipation, abdominal bloating, intestinal fermentation disorders, and hemorrhoids.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults aged 15 years and older, take 1/2 to 1 1/2 packets two times a day (morning and evening) on an empty stomach (before meals or between meals). However, for the initial dose, take the minimum amount and adjust gradually while observing the shapes and conditions of the stool.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with acute abdominal diseases, such as appendicitis, intestinal bleeding, or ulcerative colitis. Additionally, patients with bowel obstruction should not use this medication. Infants under 3 years old should not use this medication. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to take antacids or milk within 1 hour of ingestion. Individuals with severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, those taking other medications, individuals or family members with a history of allergies, or a history of rectal bleeding or bowel failure must consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as skin rash, redness, itching, severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, or vomiting appear while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If abdominal discomfort or cramps occur or if constipation does not improve after about a week of use, discontinue use and consult a doctor. This medication should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage, and prolonged use can lead to tolerance, exacerbating constipation, so it is advisable not to use it for more than 1 week. If daily laxatives are needed, it is important to investigate the cause of constipation. Store this medication out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight, and keep it sealed in a cool, dry place to maintain quality. It is also preferable not to transfer it to another container to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
