This medication is used for inflammation and discomfort around the eyes, such as conjunctivitis, styes, eyelid chafing, and itching of the eyes.
3-6 times a day, instill 1-3 drops (into the eyes) each time.
This medicine is an eye drop that is applied directly to the eye. Before use, anyone with severe eye pain or a history of allergic reactions to sulfonamides or other eye drops should consult a doctor or pharmacist. It is also important that patients currently receiving other treatments consult a professional before using this medication. If symptoms such as redness, itching, or swelling of the eye occur while using this medication, stop using it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms do not improve after using for 3-4 days, be sure to consult a professional. This medication should be used strictly according to the prescribed dosage and schedule, and long-term use should be avoided. When a stye is present, care should be taken not to rub or irritate the eye, and it is advisable to get plenty of rest and sleep. This medication is to be used only in the eyes and should not be used while wearing soft contact lenses or for cleaning the lenses. Care should be taken to prevent the tip of the container from touching the eyelid or eyelashes, and if the solution becomes contaminated or cloudy, it should not be used. To prevent contamination, it is best not to share this medication with others. When storing, keep it out of the reach of children and store it in a sealed container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
