Adult dose
Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer: 10 mg orally once daily, may be increased to 20 mg orally once daily depending on symptoms. Administer for up to 8 weeks for gastric ulcers, and up to 6 weeks for duodenal ulcers. Erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease: 10 mg or 20 mg orally once daily for 4 to 8 weeks, if not improved after 8 weeks, an additional 8 weeks of 10 mg or 20 mg orally twice daily may be given (20 mg twice a day).

This medication treats gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers, and is effective for erosive and ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease. It also alleviates symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease and is used for long-term maintenance therapy. In patients with gastrointestinal ulcers infected with Helicobacter pylori, it is treated in combination with antibiotics. It is applicable for Zollinger-Ellison syndrome to improve symptoms. This medication is used for the treatment of various diseases related to the stomach and esophagus.

How to take

Adult dose

Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer: 10 mg orally once daily, may be increased to 20 mg orally once daily depending on symptoms. Administer for up to 8 weeks for gastric ulcers, and up to 6 weeks for duodenal ulcers. Precautions
