Precautions

People who regularly consume three or more alcoholic beverages a day should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication, as serious side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding may occur. Those with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should be cautious when taking this medication, as it may increase the risk of serious cardiovascular issues such as myocardial infarction and stroke. Careful monitoring is especially necessary when taking high doses for long periods. This medication can cause serious adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations. In particular, elderly individuals or long-term users are at higher risk of gastrointestinal side effects and should monitor symptoms closely while taking the drug. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe blood disorders, liver or kidney dysfunction, heart failure, or hypertension should avoid taking this medication. Additionally, individuals allergic to any of this medication’s components or with a history of asthma should not use it. This medication should not be administered in late pregnancy due to potential harm to the fetus, and patients undergoing chemotherapy should consult a specialist before use. Do not exceed the recommended dosage and avoid taking it with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, as this may be dangerous. During breastfeeding, this medication may transfer to breast milk and cause adverse reactions in infants, so either breastfeeding or taking the medication should be discontinued. Individuals with blood disorders, liver or kidney dysfunction, heart disease, hypertension, or a history of hypersensitivity should consult a physician or pharmacist before use. In pregnancy, especially after 20 weeks, there is a risk of fetal kidney dysfunction, oligohydramnios, and ductus arteriosus constriction, so prenatal monitoring is necessary. Individuals taking low-dose aspirin for the prevention of myocardial infarction or stroke should be aware that this medication may decrease the effectiveness of aspirin and increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. This medication may interact with various drugs, so those taking ACE inhibitors, lithium, diuretics, methotrexate, anticoagulants, or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) should consult with a specialist before use. If severe adverse symptoms such as sudden shortness of breath, skin rash, severe headache, blood pressure changes, or decreased urine occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. It is advisable to take this medication at the minimum effective dose and duration possible; regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests are necessary for long-term use. Symptoms of overdose may include dizziness, vomiting, liver dysfunction, and kidney failure, and immediate medical attention should be sought. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children and stored sealed in its original container.
