It is also used to relieve inflammatory symptoms around the mouth and skin such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis.

Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals who have an allergic reaction to this medication or its ingredients. Do not take this medication concurrently with certain drugs, especially levodopa. Women currently receiving treatment from a doctor, pregnant or possibly pregnant, breastfeeding, and premature or young infants must consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as gastric discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, or redness occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If there is a change in the menstrual cycle or if bleeding becomes prolonged, stop taking the medication and consult a professional. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the vitamin E component in this medication may increase the risk of thromboembolism. Long-term intake of pyridoxine exceeding 500mg to 2g daily may lead to neurological damage, so caution is advised. High-dose consumption may result in the development of peptic ulcers, issues regulating blood sugar levels, increased uric acid levels, and liver damage. If an overdose occurs, promptly discontinue use and seek professional help. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for more than a month, stop taking it and seek advice. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and method, and it is advisable to consult with a doctor or pharmacist before or during use. Urine may turn yellow after taking this medication, which can affect clinical test results, so please be aware of this. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children, in a tightly sealed container, avoiding direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, it is important not to transfer it to other containers.

Mild side effects
Gastric discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, redness (erythema), menstrual cycles may become shorter or blood flow may increase, prolonged bleeding may occur, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms, exacerbation of peptic ulcers, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperuricemia, liver damage, and urine turning yellow.

Interactions
