Precautions

This medicine should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist if the individual regularly consumes over 3 drinks of alcohol a day, as it may cause gastrointestinal bleeding. It may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, thus individuals with heart disease or risk factors should be especially cautious. If cardiovascular symptoms arise, inform a healthcare professional immediately. Special care should be taken with the elderly, who are at an increased risk of gastrointestinal adverse reactions. Individuals with peptic ulcer, severe liver or kidney impairment, severe heart failure, hypertension, drug allergy, or a history of asthma should not use this medicine. Pregnant women, especially in late pregnancy, should avoid this medication as it may harm the fetus, and should only take it after consulting with a doctor during pregnancy. Breastfeeding women should stop nursing or discontinue this medication, as it can transfer into breast milk and cause adverse reactions in infants. Child and elderly dosages should be used at the minimum dosage with careful observation for any adverse reactions. Long-term use requires regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests, and immediate discontinuation should occur if abnormalities are detected. Interactions may occur when used with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, aspirin, diuretics, antihypertensives, anticoagulants, etc., so consult with healthcare professionals. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption during use, and seek medical attention immediately if symptoms of gastrointestinal bleeding or cardiovascular abnormalities appear.
