Vitamin E is effective in alleviating peripheral circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms, and improves tightness in shoulders and neck as well as numbness and coldness in hands and feet. Vitamin B1 is used for the relief of pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, as well as for improving eye fatigue. Vitamin B2 helps alleviate inflammation of oral mucosa such as cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as dermatitis and eczema. These vitamins are used to enhance overall health and improve various symptoms.

Precautions
