Precautions

This medication should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children, as serious poisoning can occur and may lead to death if a child under 6 years old accidentally ingests it in large quantities. Individuals with allergic reactions to the ingredients of this medication should not take it, nor should infants under 12 months or individuals with certain iron metabolism disorders. While taking this medication, do not simultaneously take phosphate, calcium, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa. If you are receiving treatment from a physician or have a history of peptic ulcers, chronic colitis, or problems with heart or kidney function, or if you are a patient with hypoalbuminemia, consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as hives, itchiness, abdominal pain, cramps, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, or altered consciousness occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term high-dose use of pyridoxine can cause nerve damage, and taking vitamin B12 above a certain dosage may lead to blood-related side effects, so caution is required. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, swelling, and cardiac dysfunction may occur, so it is important to adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency. Caution is advised when taking this medication alongside anti-aldosterone agents or triamterene, as it may increase the risk of high potassium levels in the blood. If there is no improvement in symptoms after one month of taking the medication, it is advisable to consult a specialist. Avoid consuming tannin-containing teas, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Store this medication in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep it in its original container; do not transfer it to another container. Also, keep it out of reach of children.
