This medication contains flurbiprofen and is applied topically on the skin. First, patients with hypersensitivity to this ingredient or those who have experienced asthma attacks due to aspirin should not use this medication. Patients with bronchial asthma should use this medication with great caution, as it may trigger an asthma attack. Using this medication may lead to contact dermatitis symptoms such as redness, rash, itching, or burning. If such symptoms occur, use should be immediately discontinued. Additionally, if early symptoms of an asthma attack, such as difficulty breathing or wheezing, appear, use should be stopped immediately and medical advice should be sought. This medication is a symptomatic treatment for relieving inflammation and pain and is not a cure for the underlying cause. When used on an inflamed area that has a skin infection, it should be combined with antibacterial or antifungal agents to prevent the infection from worsening, and the skin condition should be closely monitored. In cases of chronic diseases such as degenerative arthritis, alternative treatment methods should be considered in addition to medication, and monitoring for side effects should be conducted meticulously. It should not be used during early and mid-pregnancy unless absolutely necessary, and if necessary, it should be used at the lowest dose for the shortest duration. It should not be used during late pregnancy, as it may harm the fetus's heart, lungs, or kidneys and can cause bleeding or delayed labor during childbirth. Safety in children has not been sufficiently proven, and use is not recommended. Elderly patients should be monitored closely for skin condition and use it cautiously. It should not be applied to damaged skin or mucous membranes, or areas with eczema or rashes, and the area where it will be applied should be cleansed of sweat before use.
