Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with bleeding, as it may worsen the bleeding. It is safest for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant to avoid this medication. Women during menstruation or patients with bleeding tendencies, as well as those taking anticoagulants or platelet aggregation inhibitors, should use this medication with extra caution. Patients with severely impaired renal function or elderly patients may have difficulty excreting this medication, thus requiring dose adjustments and monitoring of their condition. During the use of this medication, regular check-ups are necessary as side effects such as bleeding symptoms, liver dysfunction, and blood disorders may occur. Allergic reactions, gastrointestinal discomfort, palpitation, drowsiness, dizziness, and other abnormal symptoms may arise, so one should immediately consult a physician if such symptoms appear. There is an increased risk of bleeding when taken with anticoagulants or platelet aggregation inhibitors; hence caution is needed when combined. Pregnant and nursing women should avoid taking this medication, and if unavoidable, it is recommended to discontinue breastfeeding. Safety for pediatric use has not been established, and as there is no experience in using this medication for children, it is preferable not to administer it to them. Elderly patients may have increased drug concentration due to impaired kidney and liver function, so starting with a lower dose and careful observation of their condition is necessary. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children, and transferring it to another container is not advised for maintaining quality.
