This medication is effective for skin diseases that cause thickening of the skin, such as progressive keratolysis and keratolysis of hands and feet, as well as problems related to dry and rough skin like tinea, senile xerosis, and inflammatory skin diseases like follicular keratosis and atopic dermatitis. It helps soften the keratin in the skin and improve dryness, maintaining a healthy skin condition. It is used to alleviate skin symptoms for patients and enhance overall skin health.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

After washing the affected area once a day, apply this medication and rub it in thoroughly.

Precautions

This medication should not be used on mucous membranes such as the eyes, nose, or mouth. Individuals allergic to any of the ingredients in this medication should not use it. It is advisable not to apply it to areas with acute eczema or inflammatory skin conditions. Caution is needed when using it over large areas in patients with impaired kidney function. When using on inflamed or cracked skin, temporary irritative symptoms may occur, so caution is warranted. Individuals with sensitive or easily irritated skin should also use it carefully. While using this medication, irritative symptoms such as pain, heat sensation, redness, and itching may temporarily occur. If any allergic reactions arise, use should be discontinued immediately. If symptoms of dry skin, exacerbation of eczema, cracking, tingling, or swelling become severe, use should be stopped. This medication may increase skin absorption when used with other medications, especially corticosteroids, dithranol, and 5-fluorouracil, so caution is needed when combined with these. This medication is for topical use only and should not be applied directly on wounds or ulcers. If accidentally it comes into contact with the eyes, it should be thoroughly rinsed with plenty of water. It is important to store this medication in a secure place out of reach of children.
