Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with bleeding as it may exacerbate the bleeding. It is safer for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant to avoid this medication. Patients who are menstruating or have a tendency to bleed should use this medication cautiously, and those taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents should be vigilant about the increased risk of bleeding. Patients with severely impaired kidney function and the elderly should use this medication carefully as it may affect its excretion or metabolism. During treatment with this medication, symptoms of bleeding, liver function abnormalities, or blood abnormal reactions may occur, so regular blood tests should be performed, and any unusual symptoms should be reported to medical personnel immediately. Allergic reactions, skin rashes, gastrointestinal discomfort, palpitations, and drowsiness may occur, so if symptoms arise, discontinue use and consult a professional. The risk of bleeding may increase when used in conjunction with anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents, so it is essential to follow a doctor's instructions when coadministered. Pregnant or breastfeeding women are advised to avoid this medication, and if it must be used, it is preferable to discontinue breastfeeding. Safety for children has not been established, so it is safest not to use in pediatric patients.
