This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular complications such as myocardial infarction and stroke in people with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors, so it is important to monitor for adverse reactions while taking it. This medication can cause serious gastrointestinal side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations; special caution is needed for the elderly or those taking it for an extended period. Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, heart failure, or severe hypertension should not take this medication. Those with hypersensitivity to this medication, a history of bronchial asthma, or allergic reactions to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should also avoid it. Pregnant women in the late stages of pregnancy should not use this medication as it may pose risks to the fetus, and patients receiving high-dose methotrexate during anti-cancer therapy should also refrain from taking it. The recommended dosage should not be exceeded, and it is advisable not to take it with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Lactating mothers must either discontinue nursing or stop the medication, as it can be transferred to breast milk and cause severe adverse reactions in infants. People with blood disorders or bleeding tendencies, liver or kidney dysfunction, heart diseases, hypertension, or a history of hypersensitivity should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication can interact with certain drugs (e.g., ACE inhibitors, lithium, diuretics, methotrexate, anticoagulants, SSRIs), so consult healthcare professionals if taking other medications. This medication should be taken in the minimum effective dose for the shortest possible duration, and regular clinical checks on liver, kidney, and blood status should be conducted during long-term use.
