Alphorein Soft Capsule (Choline Alfoscerate)

Adult dose

Administer choline alfoscerate orally at a dose of 400 mg per dose, 2–3 times daily. Adjust the dose as appropriate according to symptoms.

This medication should not be used by patients allergic to this drug or its components. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not take this medication. Nausea may occur when taking this medication, as it affects the neurotransmitter dopamine. If nausea occurs, the dosage of the medication should be reduced. This medication can cause gastrointestinal issues such as gastritis or other digestive problems. Additionally, central nervous system side effects may occur, such as drowsiness, insomnia, irritability or nervousness, convulsions, and excessive motor activity. This medication should be kept in a safe place out of the reach of children. Furthermore, transferring this medication to another container may lead to accidents and degrade the quality of the product, so it is recommended to store it in its original container.
