Vitamin A helps relieve dryness in the eyes and improve vision problems such as night blindness. Vitamin E improves blood circulation, alleviating symptoms such as stiffness in shoulders and neck, numbness in hands and feet, and coldness. Vitamin C reduces skin pigmentation and plays a role in preventing gum bleeding and nosebleeds. Additionally, there is a need for supplementation of Vitamins A, E, and C in various conditions such as physical fatigue, decreased physical strength during pregnancy and breastfeeding, after illnesses, and in the elderly. Zinc also plays an important role in supporting bodily functions. These nutrients are used to improve overall health.
