It contains lactose, so it should not be used by patients with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders. Severe allergic reactions such as shock or anaphylaxis may occur while taking this medication, thus symptoms should be monitored carefully. Liver function abnormalities or jaundice symptoms may arise, so watch the liver health closely. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, and increased salivation may occur. Neurological symptoms such as headache, anxiety, sleep disturbances, and dizziness have also been reported. Endocrine abnormalities such as gynecomastia or elevated prolactin levels may occur, so report any unusual symptoms immediately. Blood abnormalities like thrombocytopenia or leukopenia may arise, necessitating regular blood tests. It may affect kidney function, thus checking BUN and creatinine levels in the blood is necessary. Rarely, hypersensitivity reactions such as skin rash, redness, and itching may occur, so symptoms should be monitored closely. Extrapyramidal symptoms such as tremor may develop, so consult medical staff immediately if abnormal symptoms occur. Chest or back pain and fatigue may also be experienced; inform if there are any changes in physical condition. This medication enhances acetylcholine activity, so this should be taken into account during use, and it should not be used long-term if gastrointestinal symptoms do not improve. When taken together with anticholinergic drugs, the effectiveness of this medication may decrease, so caution is needed regarding the dosing interval. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should only use this medication when the therapeutic benefits exceed the risks, as safety during pregnancy has not been established. If breastfeeding, this medication may pass into breast milk, so it should be avoided or breastfeeding should be discontinued if necessary. Safety in children has not been adequately confirmed, thus caution is required for use. Elderly patients may show adverse reactions more easily due to decreased body functions, and symptoms should be monitored closely, considering dose adjustments or discontinuation when necessary. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, and transferring to other containers could compromise quality and safety, so please be cautious.
