To minimize the potential for abuse, prescribe or dispense the lowest possible dose during the initial period (within 2 weeks), adjusting it individually to achieve an adequate response. Precautions

This drug should not be used in conjunction with other appetite suppressants. It should only be used for a short period for weight loss purposes, and combining it with other weight loss medications may compromise safety and efficacy. The weight loss effect of this medication is limited, and most patients may stop losing weight after a few weeks. If the effect diminishes, do not increase the dose; instead, discontinue use. Long-term use can lead to drug abuse and dependency, which is strictly prohibited. If a psychological dependence develops, gradually taper off the medication. Sudden discontinuation may result in severe fatigue, depression, and sleep disturbances. Additionally, drug abuse can cause insomnia, irritability, behavioral changes, and symptoms of psychosis. Cardiac and pulmonary issues may arise, so if you experience unexplained chest pain, fainting, leg swelling, or difficulty breathing, discontinue use immediately and seek professional examination. This drug can rarely cause fatal pulmonary hypertension, so caution is warranted. There may also be a risk of cardiac valve disease, so cardiac evaluations are recommended before and during treatment. If you have certain diseases or are taking medications, such as severe hypertension, glaucoma, hyperthyroidism, heart disease, mental disorders, or have a history of drug or alcohol abuse, you should not use this drug. Patients with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, epilepsy, benign prostatic hyperplasia, or diabetes should exercise caution when using this drug and should regularly monitor their condition. Common side effects of this medication include insomnia, irritability, dizziness, anxiety, dry mouth, and may also include cardiac rhythm disturbances, blood pressure changes, mental disorders, gastrointestinal issues, and allergic reactions. Long-term use can lead to withdrawal symptoms and dependency. If you have recently used other appetite suppressants, it is advisable not to use this drug. Additionally, this drug affects the central nervous system, so caution should be taken when driving or operating hazardous machinery. This drug may interact with other medications, so if you are undergoing general anesthesia or taking other central nervous system medications, consult with medical personnel. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should use this drug cautiously as it may affect the fetus or newborn; it is particularly advisable to avoid use during breastfeeding. Children under 16 years old should not use this drug as its safety and efficacy have not been established. Older adults may have decreased kidney function, so it is safer not to use this drug. In cases of overdose, severe symptoms such as anxiety, tremors, confusion, hallucinations, heart abnormalities, and vomiting may occur, requiring immediate medical attention. This drug should be kept out of reach of children and stored tightly sealed. This drug is classified as a controlled substance and carries risks of abuse and dependency; it should be used strictly according to medical personnel's instructions.
