Adult dose

Take 1 to 2 capsules (25,000~50,000 EP units of lipolytic activity) 3 times daily with meals and plenty of water. Do not chew. Adjust the dose as needed according to the individual patient's requirements, the severity of the disease, and the composition of food. Do not exceed a daily dose of 15,000 - 20,000 EP units of lipolytic activity per kg of body weight. For ease of administration, the capsule may be opened as needed and its contents taken without chewing; swallow the contents.

This medicine should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to pork or who have hypersensitivity to other ingredients. It should also not be used if acute pancreatitis or chronic pancreatitis suddenly worsens. Patients taking other medications should use this medicine cautiously. Allergic reactions such as skin rash, sneezing, or bronchospasm may occur, and if these symptoms appear, stop taking the medicine immediately and consult a doctor. Gastrointestinal side effects such as abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, and vomiting may rarely occur, especially since problems may arise in the intestines, so keep an eye on changes in abdominal symptoms. Observations are necessary for children, as ulcers may occur around the mouth and anus. Overuse of this medicine may increase the risk of high uric acid levels, so caution is warranted. This medicine should only be used to improve indigestion caused by pancreatic diseases. If in powder form, take care not to inhale it, as inhalation may lead to respiratory issues. If symptoms do not improve after two weeks of taking this medicine, stop taking it and consult a specialist. Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant should only take it after consulting a doctor. Nursing mothers should also be cautious, as it is not known whether this medicine is secreted in breast milk. When taking the medicine, swallow the whole pill with sufficient water without crushing or chewing it, and ensure that children do not keep the medicine in their mouths for extended periods. Store this medicine in a place out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight and a cool place with low humidity. It is also advisable not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
