Vitamins A, C, and E are recommended for physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, a decrease in physical strength during and after illness, and for elderly people. Vitamin A helps alleviate dry eyes and improve night blindness. Vitamin E is effective in improving peripheral blood circulation and alleviating menopausal symptoms, as well as relieving shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, and coldness in hands and feet. Zinc is also provided together to support health.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 1-2 tablets once daily.

Precautions

This medication should be used with caution for women in the first 3 months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant, as administering over 5,000 IU of Vitamin A per day can pose a risk of congenital malformations to the fetus. Individuals who are allergic to any of the ingredients in this medication, children under 12 months, and patients with Wilson's disease should not take it. Additionally, this medication contains the dye Tartrazine (Yellow No. 5) and lactose, so individuals with hypersensitivity or genetic metabolic disorders relating to these ingredients should avoid this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids. Women in particular should be cautious as menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding may occur, and caution is required if there is a risk of thrombosis when taken together with Vitamin E. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance and increase the risk of osteoporosis, so dosage and duration must be strictly adhered to. You must strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration, and it is recommended to avoid drinks containing tannins such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool place with low humidity. It is essential to not transfer this medication to a different container to maintain quality.
