Adult dose

2g per dose, 3 times a day (4g on the first dose).

Child dose

1g per dose, 3 times a day.

This medication can be used alongside certain antibiotics; however, it is advisable not to take it with ciprofloxacin, imipenem, and cilastatin sodium. Patients under medical treatment should use this medication carefully. This medication contains lactose, so patients with lactose intolerance or genetic lactose breakdown disorders should not use it. This medication must be taken exactly as prescribed, and if symptoms do not improve after 1 month of use, consultation with a pharmacist or doctor is required. For infants under 3 months, consultation with a pharmacist or doctor is necessary before use. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medication, it should not be transferred to another container.
