This medication is mainly used for the treatment of peripheral arterial circulation disorders, particularly intermittent claudication. It also helps alleviate symptoms such as dizziness and vascular or degenerative tinnitus. Additionally, it is effective in treating cognitive dysfunction associated with dementia, including symptoms like tinnitus, headache, memory loss, concentration difficulties, and feelings of depression. Overall, it contributes to improving blood circulation and enhancing brain function, thereby alleviating symptoms and improving quality of life for patients. Therefore, it is used for these symptoms.
Peripheral arterial circulation disorders, dizziness, tinnitus: 40 mg of Ginkgo leaf extract orally three times a day or 80 mg orally twice a day. Organic cognitive dysfunction: 40-80 mg of Ginkgo leaf extract orally three times a day or 120 mg orally twice a day. Dosage may be adjusted appropriately according to age and symptoms.
This medication should not be taken by individuals with specific allergic reactions. It is advisable that children under 12 years of age do not use this medication due to insufficient experience. Pregnant women should consult a specialist before taking this medication as its safety has not been fully established. Additionally, this medication contains lactose, so individuals with lactose intolerance or related genetic issues should not take it. Patients with bleeding disorders or who are taking medications that interfere with blood coagulation should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. Nursing mothers should also consult a specialist before using this medication as it may be transmitted through breast milk. Individuals scheduled for surgery should discontinue use of this medication and consult a doctor. If symptoms do not improve or worsen after taking the medication for three months, discontinue use and consult a specialist. Mild gastrointestinal discomfort, headache, allergic skin reactions, etc., may occur, so if any unusual symptoms arise, discontinue use immediately. Symptoms such as dizziness or itching have been reported, so caution is necessary if these symptoms occur. Serious allergic reactions, such as anaphylaxis, have also been rarely reported, so if sudden shortness of breath or swelling occurs, visit a medical facility immediately. This medication is not a treatment for hypertension; therefore, hypertensive patients should not take it unless special treatment is required.
Anaphylaxis or anaphylactic reactions (severe allergic reactions)

This medication may be sensitive to air and moisture; therefore, it should be stored in a sealed container. It is advisable to maintain the storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature. This will help maintain the efficacy and safety of the medication for a longer period.
