Precautions

This medication may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day, so it is essential to consult a physician or pharmacist. As it contains a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic component, caution is required as severe cardiovascular issues, such as myocardial infarction and stroke, may occur in individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors. It can also affect the gastrointestinal tract, leading to serious issues such as bleeding, ulcers, or perforation in the stomach or intestines, and special care is needed for the elderly or those with a history of gastrointestinal issues. Those with peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, liver disorders, kidney disorders, or heart failure should not take this medication. Individuals who have experienced allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should also avoid this medication. It is safer not to use this medication during late pregnancy or while breastfeeding, as well as for patients with inflammatory bowel disease. Side effects such as headache, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, etc., may occur, and in rare cases, serious allergic reactions like skin rashes or anaphylaxis may arise, necessitating immediate discontinuation of use and consultation with a physician if any abnormalities occur. Regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests are required during prolonged use, and if any abnormal signs are detected, medication should be discontinued or adjusted. It is advisable not to take this medication in conjunction with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and interactions may occur with blood pressure medications, diuretics, anticoagulants, lithium, chemotherapy drugs, etc., so it is crucial to inform the physician of any other medications being taken. During pregnancy, especially after 20 weeks, this medication may affect fetal kidney function, thus it should be used at the minimum dose for the shortest duration necessary only when needed. Elderly individuals may require dosage adjustments due to decreased kidney function, and safety in children has not been established, so caution is necessary for their use. When storing, keep it out of reach of children and avoid transferring it to other containers.
