For example, it should not be taken by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, those allergic to this medicine or similar drugs, patients with heart problems, severe liver or kidney diseases, and children or adolescents under 18 years old. Moreover, patients with heart rhythm device abnormalities or mild to moderate liver or kidney diseases, those with a history of angina, frequent alcohol consumers, and the elderly should exercise increased caution when using this medicine.
