Adult dose

Adults: Take 1 ∼ 2 capsules 3 times daily during meals with a large glass of water.

This medication is not recommended for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant. This medication contains caffeine extracted from green tea, which may cause athletes to test positive in doping tests, so caution is advised. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store it in a dry place below 30 degrees Celsius. Additionally, transferring the medication from its original container to another can lead to misuse or deterioration of quality, so it should be stored tightly closed in its original container.
