Precautions

This medication may pose a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol a day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs including this medication can increase the risk of cardiovascular issues such as heart attack and stroke, thus patients with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should closely monitor their symptoms with their doctor. This medication may increase the risk of serious gastrointestinal issues such as ulcers, bleeding, or perforation, particularly in the elderly or those on long-term treatment. Patients with a history of peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, significantly impaired liver or kidney function, congestive heart failure, or those allergic to this medication or its components should not take it. Additionally, individuals who have had an allergic reaction to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, pregnant women in the late stages of pregnancy, nursing mothers, and those with inflammatory bowel disease should avoid this medication. Patients with a history of peptic ulcers or prior issues with blood, liver, or kidney conditions, elderly patients, individuals with hypertension, or those taking anticoagulants or diuretics, and women in early or mid-pregnancy should use this medication with caution. If symptoms of allergies such as rash, itching, difficulty breathing, or low blood pressure occur, discontinue use immediately and seek medical assistance. In case of gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms such as abdominal pain, hematemesis, or blood in stool, stop taking the medication immediately and receive treatment; also be cautious of symptoms such as drowsiness, dizziness, or headache. This medication may affect liver and kidney function, so regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests should be conducted during long-term use, and discontinuation should occur if abnormalities are found. Taking this medication along with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may increase the risk of side effects, so it should not be combined. 慎重に血圧薬、抗凝血薬、利尿剤、リチウム、メトトレキサートなどと併用する際には医師に相談し、用量の調整と副作用の監視が必要です。 During late pregnancy, it should not be taken as it may have serious effects on the fetus; women who are pregnant or could become pregnant should consult their doctor and use the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration necessary. If breastfeeding, it is safer to avoid this medication as it may be transmitted through breast milk. Safety in children has not been established, so it is advisable not to use this medication in pediatric patients.
