This medicine is used for gastrointestinal symptoms such as stomach pain, heartburn, bloating, and nausea.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults (15 years and older to under 80 years): Take 2 tablets at a time. Can take 2 tablets every 4 hours up to 3 times a day as needed. However, do not exceed 3 doses (6 tablets) per day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients undergoing dialysis treatment or those with blood disorders, kidney and liver diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, or immune system diseases such as asthma or rheumatism. It is also advisable not to use this medication if taking steroids, antibiotics, anticancer drugs, or azole antifungals. People with a history of blood abnormalities such as anemia, thrombocytopenia, or leukopenia should avoid taking this medication. It is safest for individuals who have had allergic reactions to H2-receptor antagonists or for children under 15 years of age and the elderly over 80. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as breastfeeding women, should exercise caution when taking this medication, and breastfeeding should be stopped if taking it. Additionally, consuming alcoholic beverages may increase blood alcohol levels, so it is best to avoid them while taking this medication.
