Precautions

This medication should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day, as it can increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, so patients with a history or risk factors for heart disease should be particularly cautious, and if symptoms such as chest pain or shortness of breath occur, it should be discontinued immediately. As a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, serious gastrointestinal side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation may occur, so elderly patients and those with a history of gastrointestinal disease should use it cautiously. This medication can cause severe skin reactions and life-threatening allergic reactions, so if symptoms such as skin rash or mucosal damage occur, usage should be stopped immediately and medical advice sought. It can affect liver and kidney function, so patients with liver or kidney disorders should consult a physician before administration, and should have regular function tests during treatment. This medication may reduce fertility, so it is advised that women planning to become pregnant do not use it, and it should not be taken by women who are pregnant or nursing. Patients with specific allergic histories or a hypersensitivity reaction to aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should not use this medication. Patients with hypertension, heart failure, renal failure, liver disease, and coagulation disorders should use this medication with caution and carefully monitor for any changes in condition during treatment. This medication may interact with various drugs, so anyone currently taking other medications should inform their healthcare provider, especially when used in combination with anticoagulants, diuretics, lithium, or methotrexate. Adverse effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, and visual disturbances may occur, so caution should be exercised when driving or operating machinery. This medication should be used at the lowest effective dose and for the shortest duration possible to reduce the risk of side effects, and regular blood tests along with liver and kidney function tests are necessary when used long-term. In case of overdose, gastric lavage and supportive therapy are needed, and there are no specific antidotes, so immediate medical attention is required. Keep out of reach of children and store in the original sealed container.
