Adult dose

3 capsules, 3 times a day, taken 30 minutes before meals.

This medication should not be used by patients with allergies to its components. In particular, patients with a history of hypersensitivity or allergy to soybean oil or peanuts should avoid taking this medication. Patients receiving treatment from a physician or women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should use this medication cautiously. Caution is needed when taking this medication alongside drugs containing levodopa, used for Parkinson's disease treatment, as pyridoxine contained in this product may decrease the effectiveness of levodopa. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders such as hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should also use this medication carefully. Furthermore, care should be exercised if there is an allergy to the yellow No. 5 dye contained in this medication. While taking this medication, gastrointestinal symptoms such as stomach discomfort, diarrhea, and constipation may occur. Skin rashes or redness may also be experienced. For women, menstrual cycles may become shorter or bleeding amounts may increase, so if prolonged bleeding occurs, it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Women using oral contraceptives that contain estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should consult a specialist before taking the vitamin E contained in this medication. Prolonged use of pyridoxine in amounts exceeding 500mg to 2g per day may lead to problems with nerve function, so caution is advised. This medication should be used strictly according to the prescribed dosage and administration guidelines, and if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, patients should consult a doctor or pharmacist. Patients at risk of lipid overload should regularly check their blood lipid levels and adjust medication doses as needed. Store this medication in a safe place out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight, and keeping it in a cool, dry area. Additionally, to maintain quality, do not transfer it to another container to prevent improper use.

Mild side effects

Stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, redness (hyperemia), menstrual cycle becoming earlier or increasing in volume, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms (functional disorder or pathological changes of the peripheral nervous system)

Drug interactions

This medication should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist if used alongside levodopa, oral contraceptives containing estrogen, or injectable lipid-lowering agents.

This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture, so it should be stored in a tightly sealed container. It should be kept away from direct sunlight and at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. This will help maintain the medication's efficacy for a longer period.
