Vitamins A, E, and C are important for physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, body weakness due to illness or after illness, and for elderly people. Vitamin A particularly helps relieve dry eyes and improve night blindness. Vitamin E is effective for peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms, such as stiffness in the shoulders and neck, and coldness in the extremities. Zinc plays an important role in enhancing immune function, cell regeneration, and wound healing, making it necessary for supplementation. These vitamins and minerals are used to maintain health and improve bodily functions.
