Hancumin Tablet (Ginkgo Biloba Extract)

Adult dose

1) For peripheral arterial circulation disorders, dizziness, tinnitus: 40mg of ginkgo biloba extract orally three times a day or 80mg orally twice a day. 2) For organic cognitive impairment: 40 to 80mg of ginkgo biloba extract orally three times a day or 120mg orally twice a day.

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to specific ingredients. Children under 12 years of age should avoid using this medication due to a lack of adequate experience. Pregnant women must consult a physician before taking this medication. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with hereditary lactose intolerance should avoid taking it. Individuals with bleeding disorders or who are taking anticoagulants should consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. Breastfeeding women should consult professionals before use due to uncertainty regarding its transfer to breast milk. Those scheduled for surgery should discontinue this medication and consult a physician. If symptoms do not improve or worsen after taking the medication for more than 3 months, immediately consult a specialist. Rarely, side effects such as gastrointestinal discomfort, headaches, and allergic skin reactions may occur; if any unusual symptoms occur, discontinue use and consult a professional. There have been reports of dizziness or itching as side effects, so caution is advised. Severe allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis may occur, so if any unusual symptoms arise, seek medical attention immediately. This medication is not a treatment for hypertension, so patients with high blood pressure should not use it unless special treatment is necessary. Store out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place.
