This medicine contains vitamins E, B1, B2, B6, and C, making it suitable for those experiencing physical fatigue, women during pregnancy and lactation, those with reduced physical strength during or after illness, and for use in older age. These vitamins help alleviate pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and are also effective for inflammation in the mouth and tongue, including angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. Additionally, it contributes to the alleviation of skin diseases such as eczema or dermatitis, and helps improve symptoms of beriberi and eye fatigue. It is also useful in alleviating pigmentation due to sunlight or skin diseases (chloasma, freckles) and in preventing gum bleeding and epistaxis. Zinc is also supplied to help strengthen immune function and promote wound healing. Therefore, this medicine is effectively used for various symptoms and conditions.
How to take
Adult dose
For those aged 12 and older: Take 2 tablets once daily, or 1 tablet twice daily.
Precautions
This medicine should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medicine or any ingredients contained in it. Moreover, infants under 12 months should not take this medicine. While taking this medicine, it is important not to take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and drugs like levodopa together. Infants under 1 year old or individuals undergoing treatment from a physician, patients with oxalate nephropathy, pregnant women or women with the potential to become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and children should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcers or chronic ulcerative colitis, individuals with heart or circulatory issues, kidney disorders, hypoalbuminemia, gout, or those with kidney stones should also consult with a specialist before taking this medicine. This medicine contains the dye yellow No. 5, so those allergic to or sensitive to this ingredient should take caution. If any adverse reactions such as upper abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, dermatitis, foul odor during sweating or breathing, hair loss, irritability, gastrointestinal disturbance, upper abdominal pain, hypotension, pulmonary edema, etc., occur while taking this medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult with health personnel. Additionally, if menstruation becomes more frequent or if the amount of bleeding increases significantly and lasts longer than usual, one should consult with a specialist immediately. Those taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or with a predisposition to thrombosis need to be cautious, as taking vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use can lead to tolerance to the medicine. Long-term intake of pyridoxine up to 500 mg to 2 g per day may result in symptoms of nerve damage, so caution is advised. Patients with folic acid deficiency may develop hematological adverse reactions if taking vitamin B12 in a dosage higher than a certain limit. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may occur. Taking this medicine alongside aldosterone antagonists or triamterene can lead to hyperkalemia, so it requires caution. In case of overdose or lack of improvement after taking the medication for more than a month, one should definitely consult a specialist. This medicine should be taken strictly according to prescribed methods and dosages, and supervision by a guardian is necessary when administering it to children. It may affect blood sugar measurements during urinalysis and can change urine color to yellow, potentially impacting clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea during and before/after taking this medicine. This medicine should be stored out of reach of children, in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Moreover, to maintain quality, it is best not to transfer it to other containers.
