Additionally, vitamin A is effective in relieving dry eyes and preventing night blindness. Vitamin D is important in preventing poor development of bones and teeth or rickets. These vitamins support different bodily functions to enhance health and prevent diseases.

Precautions
This medication should not be administered to women in the first 3 months of pregnancy or women who might become pregnant, as vitamin A intake above 5,000 IU per day may pose a risk of congenital malformations to the fetus. Excessive doses of this medication can cause serious toxicity in children, especially those under 6 years, so it should be kept in a safe place out of reach of children. Individuals with certain diseases such as hypercalcemia, kidney disease, or sarcoidosis should not take this medication, nor should it be taken by those with allergies to this product or its components. Infants under 12 months, patients with hyperkalemia, Wilson's disease, hemochromatosis, or kidney stone conditions should also avoid this medication. Patients with lipid metabolism abnormalities such as hyperlipoproteinemia or diabetic dyslipidemia should use this medication cautiously. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to combine it with medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. Especially infants under 1 year, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, patients with kidney disorders, and those with cardiovascular diseases should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If side effects such as nausea, vomiting, skin rash, hives, arrhythmia, abdominal pain, or cramps occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. In addition, caution is needed for long-term use at high doses, as it may lead to sensory neuropathy, hematological abnormalities, exacerbation of peptic ulcers, liver damage, and hypercalcemia. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, and ensure that children take it under the supervision of an adult. Avoid beverages containing tannins such as green tea or black tea while taking this medication, and inform health care providers before any blood sugar or urine tests as it may affect test results. Finally, this medication should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and kept out of reach of children.
