This medication helps relieve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Additionally, it contains Vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6, making it suitable for physical fatigue, maintaining health during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and for those experiencing decreased strength during and after illness, and in old age. It is effective in alleviating various pain symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, as well as oral inflammation, including angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. It also aids skin health by alleviating symptoms of eczema and dermatitis, helps alleviate beriberi, and relieves eye fatigue. Furthermore, it is used for conditions associated with peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness in the hands and feet, and cold hands and feet. This medication enhances overall nerve and muscle health, making daily life more comfortable for patients.

Precautions

Do not take this medication if you have an allergic reaction to this medication or any of its ingredients. Additionally, it should be avoided in infants under 12 months, those with severe renal impairment, and individuals allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts. While taking this medication, it is important not to take drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication if you are under 1 year old, receiving treatment from a physician, pregnant or possibly pregnant, breastfeeding, have heart or circulatory diseases, have poor kidney function, are hypoproteinemic, or have issues with fat metabolism, hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, etc. If symptoms such as stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, vomiting, heart rhythm abnormalities, or central nervous system disturbances occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis need to be cautious as the vitamin E component may increase the risk of thrombosis. High-dose long-term use of pyridoxine may lead to symptoms of nervous system disturbances, so caution is advised. Excessive intake of this medication may cause gastrointestinal disorders, increased uric acid levels in the blood, liver damage, edema, and heart failure, so the prescribed dosage must be strictly followed. Caution is needed when taking this medication with antialdosterone agents or triamterene as it may cause hyperkalemia. If an overdose occurs or if symptoms do not improve after a month of use, consultation with a healthcare professional is mandatory. When giving to children, ensure they are supervised by a guardian, and be aware that this medication may cause urine to appear yellow, which could affect test results. It is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before or after taking this medication. Those at risk of fat overload should regularly check their blood lipid levels and adjust the medication dosage as needed. Moreover, this medication must be stored out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container.
