Relief of inflammation from chronic exfoliative gingivitis and refractory stomatitis (erosion, ulcer)
This medication is used to alleviate inflammation caused by chronic exfoliative gingivitis and refractory stomatitis, such as erosion or ulcers, and glossitis. It helps reduce oral inflammation and pain to improve symptoms.
Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1 to several times a day. Adjust according to age and symptoms. For 1 affected area, attach 0.025mg of triamcinolone acetonide 1-2 times a day to the affected mucosa with a white surface. Adjust according to age and symptoms.
This medication should not be used in patients with tuberculosis, viral, or other purulent infections in the oral cavity. Additionally, it should not be administered to patients with hypersensitivity to this medication or those with syphilis, chickenpox, mycosis, bacterial skin infections, perioral dermatitis, rosacea, or gingivitis caused by vitamin C deficiency. When using this medication, if there is an oral infection, it should be used in conjunction with appropriate antifungal or antibacterial medications, or treatment should be discontinued if symptoms do not improve. During use, unpleasant symptoms such as oral numbness or taste abnormalities may occur, so caution is advised. Rarely, allergic skin reactions may occur, and use should be stopped immediately if symptoms develop. Prolonged use may suppress pituitary and adrenal cortex function, and side effects may occur in the skin, such as atopic dermatitis, telangiectasia, steroid acne, perioral dermatitis, and hirsutism. It is generally not used when there is an oral infection, but if unavoidable, appropriate antibacterial or antifungal treatment should be given beforehand or combined. Do not eat immediately after use, and caution should be taken as the application site may feel strange. It should not be used for ophthalmic purposes. The safety of this medication during pregnancy has not been established, and it may harm the fetus, so women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should use it with caution and avoid excessive or long-term use. Prolonged use in children or adolescents may lead to growth disorders, so overdose or long-term use should be avoided. In elderly individuals, prolonged use may increase the risk of infections, diabetes, osteoporosis, hypertension, cataracts, and glaucoma, so caution is required. This medication should not be swallowed as it is an oral mucosal adhesive, and care should be taken to avoid saliva touching the fingers when applying. If the mucosal site is wet, it should be lightly dried before applying. When children or minors are using it, care should be taken not to remove it with fingers after application.

This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture, so it should be stored in a sealed container. It is advisable to maintain a storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature. This will help maintain the medication's efficacy and safety for a longer period.
