Adult dose
As Lercanidipine Hydrochloride, 5 to 10 mg should be administered orally once daily, at least 15 minutes before meals. Depending on the patient's symptoms, the dose may be increased up to 20 mg. Dose adjustment is gradual, as the maximum blood pressure-lowering effect clearly manifests in 2 weeks.
