This medication contains vitamins A, E, and C which are particularly helpful in alleviating physical fatigue during pregnancy and breastfeeding, during illness or recovery, and especially in old age. It also relieves vision-related symptoms such as dry eyes and night blindness, and improves symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness in the limbs, and coldness caused by peripheral blood circulation disorders. It is effective in alleviating pigmentation such as dark spots and freckles caused by sunlight or skin diseases, as well as in preventing gum bleeding and nosebleeds. The provision of zinc contributes to enhancing bodily immune function and wound healing. Therefore, this medication is used for enhancing physical strength and alleviating various symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults 12 years and older should take 1 capsule twice a day.

Child dose

Children 12 years and older should take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by women in the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant, as excessive intake of vitamin A poses a risk of congenital disabilities, hence do not exceed 5,000 IU per day. Those with allergies to any ingredient in this medication, infants under 12 months, or individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should refrain from taking it. It is advisable not to take this medication concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and other drugs. Patients receiving treatment from a doctor or those with specific kidney diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, cardiac and vascular issues, or dyslipidemia due to diabetes must consult a specialist before taking this medication. If abnormal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin rashes, hair loss, gastrointestinal disturbances, and decreased blood pressure occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Women should be cautious as menstrual changes or bleeding may persist for a prolonged period, and the risk of thrombosis may increase when taken with certain contraceptives. Long-term high-dose intake may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of vitamin A may elevate the risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women, hence caution is warranted. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and method of use for this medication, and when administering it to children, supervision by a guardian is essential. Vitamin A can be sufficiently ingested from normal meals, so when using this medication as a supplementary treatment, ensure the daily intake does not exceed 5,000 IU. This medication may affect blood glucose test results, so care should be taken before and after testing, and it is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins such as green tea or black tea before and after consumption. Patients with metabolic disorders related to lipids should regularly monitor plasma lipid levels while taking this medication and adjust the dosage if necessary.
