This medication contains Flurbiprofen and is used topically to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. Firstly, this medication should not be used by individuals who are allergic to flurbiprofen or similar medications. It should also not be used by those who have asthma symptoms known as aspirin-induced asthma or have had such experiences in the past, as it may provoke asthma attacks. Secondly, patients with bronchial asthma should use this medication with particular caution. There is a risk of exacerbating asthma symptoms, so it should be used carefully under medical supervision. Thirdly, skin reactions such as redness, rash, itching, and burning sensations may occur when using this medication. If any of these symptoms appear, it is advisable to stop using the medication immediately. Additionally, if initial symptoms of an asthma attack such as shortness of breath or wheezing occur, stop use immediately and consult medical personnel. Fourthly, this medication is a symptomatic treatment to alleviate inflammation and pain and does not treat the underlying cause. In cases of skin infection, the infection may not be visibly apparent, hence it should be used alongside antibiotics or antifungals, and the patient's condition should be monitored closely. Furthermore, patients with chronic conditions should consider other treatment methods along with drug therapy and watch closely for side effects. Fifthly, during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester, this medication should only be used when absolutely necessary, minimizing the dosage and keeping the treatment duration short. It should not be used in the last trimester as it may pose risks to both the fetus and the mother. Sixthly, the safety of this medication has not been adequately established for children, so its use is not recommended. Seventhly, elderly patients may have delicate skin; therefore, the application site should be examined in detail, and it should be used cautiously. Finally, this medication should not be applied to damaged skin or mucous membranes, or areas with eczema or rashes, and it is advised to clean the sweat off the affected area before application.
Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
