Precautions

This medication should not be used in certain patients. For example, patients who are allergic to this medication or its components, have a history of angioedema, have orthostatic hypotension, have severely impaired liver function, or are pregnant or may become pregnant should not take this medication. Additionally, patients with severely impaired kidney function, the elderly, and patients taking certain other medications should use this medication with caution. Especially if taking medications that lower blood pressure, PDE5 inhibitors, CYP3A4 inhibitors, or alpha-1 blockers, it is important to consult a doctor before use. During the use of this medication, symptoms such as dizziness, low blood pressure, and psychiatric neurological abnormalities may occur, so careful observation is necessary. If any adverse reactions occur, they should be reported to a doctor immediately, and in severe cases, treatment should be discontinued and appropriate care should be provided. This medication can lower blood pressure, so it is important to adhere to the prescribed dosage, and particularly when getting up, moving slowly is advisable as dizziness may occur due to falling blood pressure. Also, this medication is symptomatic relief and not a cure, so alternative treatment methods should be considered if there is no effect. Caution is advised when engaging in hazardous activities such as driving or working at heights, as dizziness or drowsiness may occur. This medication can rarely cause a prolonged erection, and if this symptom appears, a doctor should be consulted immediately. Patients with a history of allergic reactions, especially those allergic to sulfonamide medications, need to exercise caution when taking this medication. This medication may interact with other drugs, so if you are taking blood pressure medications, PDE5 inhibitors, CYP3A4 inhibitors, etc., it is essential to inform your doctor or pharmacist. This medication is not used in pregnant or lactating women, or in children under 18 years of age, as its safety and effectiveness have not been established. The elderly often have reduced kidney function, so it is advisable to start with a lower dose and adjust while monitoring their condition. This medication should be taken directly from the package and should not be chewed or opened. Particularly as it is a sustained-release formulation, caution is needed as the effectiveness of the medication may change. Finally, this medication should be kept out of the reach of children, and it is safer not to transfer it to other containers.
