Relief of arthritis and pain such as rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis
This medication is used for the relief of pain due to chronic joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis (degenerative joint disease), and adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder. It is also effective in relieving pain caused by dental pain, post-traumatic inflammation, low back pain, sciatica, and non-articular rheumatism. In summary, it helps improve inflammation and pain caused by various arthritic and painful conditions.
Take 100 mg of aceclofenac every 12 hours, twice a day. Do not chew or crush the tablets; swallow them whole. Adjust the dose as appropriate based on symptoms. To minimize cardiovascular adverse reactions, it should be administered at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.
This medication may cause severe side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This drug may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, so patients with risk factors for cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension or diabetes should use it cautiously, taking the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration possible. Due to the risk of ulcers or bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract, patients with a history of gastrointestinal disorders or the elderly should use this medication particularly cautiously and report any unusual symptoms immediately to their healthcare provider. Patients with active peptic ulcers or bleeding, previous allergic reactions to this medication or similar drugs, severe heart failure, severely impaired kidney or liver function, and pregnant women in late pregnancy should not take this medication. Patients with a history of renal impairment, heart failure, hypertension, asthma, etc., should be especially cautious when taking this medication and should regularly check their condition as per their doctor's guidance. Side effects such as dizziness, gastrointestinal disturbances, liver function abnormalities, and skin rashes may occur with this medication, so if unusual symptoms appear, consult a doctor immediately. This medication may interact with other drugs; therefore, it is crucial to inform your doctor if you are taking anticoagulants, diuretics, antihypertensive drugs, or antidiabetic medications.
