Adult dosage

Daehwan: Typically, 1 granule for adults, taken 2 times a day (morning and evening) before meals or between meals, dissolved in warm water or chewed. Sohwan: Typically, an adult dosage of 30 granules (6g) is taken 2 times a day before meals or between meals.

This medication should not be taken by pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, as the tree peony root in this medication can increase the risk of miscarriage or preterm birth. People with weak stomachs or frequent diarrhea should also avoid taking this medication, as it may cause decreased appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. Individuals with a flushed face and good physical condition, those who have previously experienced skin rashes or itching due to medications, or those currently undergoing other treatments or taking other medications should consult a professional before using this medication. Additionally, elderly individuals may have reduced physical function, so care must be taken to adjust the dosage. For children, the safety of this medication has not been sufficiently verified, so it is recommended to consult a professional due to limited usage experience. If skin rashes, itching, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, palpitations, headaches, or feelings of heaviness in the head occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Furthermore, if symptoms do not improve even after taking for about one month, it is advisable to stop using it and consult a specialist. The prescribed methods and dosages must be strictly followed, and care should be taken to ensure that the same ingredients are not duplicated when taken with other herbal medicines. This medication should be stored in a cool place with low humidity and out of direct sunlight, and must be tightly closed after use. It is also important to keep it out of reach of children.
