This medication is used for chronic inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. Adults: Take 100 mg of aceclofenac every 12 hours, twice daily. Patients with liver impairment: Initial dose of 100 mg daily. This medication should be taken whole without chewing or crushing. Adjust dosage appropriately according to symptoms. To minimize cardiovascular adverse effects, administer the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.
This medication may pose a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, so it is essential to consult with a doctor or pharmacist. This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular issues; individuals with risk factors such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, and smoking should use it cautiously. It is important to confirm symptom relief and treatment response periodically and to use the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible. It can cause serious gastrointestinal issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, so special care should be taken for the elderly or those with a history of gastrointestinal disorders. Patients with heart failure, severe kidney or liver disease, pregnant women in late pregnancy, nursing mothers, and patients with inflammatory bowel disease should not use this medication.
